Barry Robinson
President & CEO
Joined October 2003

Barry has experience in pure play hotel franchising as Managing Director of Choice Hotels Asia Pacific for 5 years with operations in India, Japan, China, Thailand Malaysia , Indonesia, PNG, Australia & New Zealand. In addition, Barry has considerable experience in hotel management with Swiss Hotels, living and working in Indonesia & China for over 10 years.
 
Michael Pavich
Senior Vice-President Information Technology
Joined July 2000

Michael has 25 years experience in information technology and is one of the founding members of the South Pacific management team. Throughout his career, Michael has gained experience in super computers, mainframes, networks and emerging technologies, with considerable experience in large scale systems integration. He has been instrumental in the establishment of all computer networks and telecommunications infrastructure as well as the development of local applications and internet sites and the deployment of Wyndham Vacation Ownership systems in the South Pacific.
 
Gary Croker
Senior Vice-President Business Development & Operations Asia

Gary is a senior finance executive and chartered accountant with 24 years experience covering hospitality, transportation and logistics and manufacturing. Gary has significant international experience working in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Japan and the US for accompanies ranging from large multi national corporations to small start up operations. His experience encompasses operational financial roles, projects management, cost reduction initiatives and information management. Gary is leads a team of approx 50 staff and is responsible for financial and management accounting and reporting, accounts receivable, treasury, and the receivables portfolio.

Eric Assam
Executive Vice-President Sales & Marketing Operations
Joined TWSP in August 2005

Eric has 13 years experience in the timeshare industry having joined Fairfield Resorts in 1992. Eric has held frontline sales roles as well as establishing and building Fairfield's sales operations function, including the establishment of a number of programs and initiatives that have assisted Fairfield in growing in to one of the largest and most successful timeshare developers in the industry. Most recently he held the role of Senior Vice President Strategic Opportunities Group within Cendant Timeshare Resort Group, where he was responsible for the development and implementation of business development and growth initiatives. Eric is responsible for all sales and field based marketing as well as business development strategy and initiatives, leading a team of 250 sales and support management and staff.
 
Clive van Deventer
Senior Vice-President Owner Marketing & Loyalty

Clive has 8 years experience in Timeshare sales and Marketing as both a Sales Director and Marketing Director for Club Leisure Group in South Africa. During this time Clive was responsible for 42% of all revenues for CLG and more recently for all marketing operations nationally. Prior to entering the timeshare industry, Clive held senior product marketing and sales roles within the health products and sports medicine industries with large multi Nationals in South Africa. Clive is responsible for all marketing campaigns and lead generation, marketing operations and tour bookings, brand management and corporate communications with a team of 405 staff.

Rolf Bucher
Senior Vice-President Hotel, Resort Operations Asia
Joined June 2005

Rolf has 30 years experience in Hotels and food and beverage operations. During this time Rolf has had spent 9 years living and working in Asia in the management of Hotel operations, acquisitions, mergers and re-branding, covering China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand, including responsibility for 16 hotels throughout Asia. Rolf was born & trained in Switzerland, early experience in Europe, Middle East, Canada and Australia. Rolf is responsible for all elements of hotel and resort management and operations, Trendwest Travel, Owner Services/Education/Events, and Reservations.
 
David Schollenberger
Senior Vice-President Legal & Compliance
Joined January 2007

David joined the company in January 2007 as Senior Vice President Legal & Compliance. Previously he was a Partner in the London law firm Manches LLP with a practice focus on the leisure and hospitality industries. David has also served as international counsel for Choice Hotels International where he was extensively involved in Asia/Pacific transactions and earlier in his career as international counsel for Holiday Inns International based in London.

Liam Crawley
Chief Financial Officer

Liam is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years experience as a senior finance executive at corporate, divisional and regional levels within publicly listed corporations. Prior to joining Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific, Liam served as the Vice-President Finance & Group Financial Controller for Mayne Pharma Limited. Based in London, he was responsible for the group's ASX reporting, financial control and led a global finance and accounting team in excess of 125 finance professionals located throughout the Asia Pacific, EMEA and US regions. Immediately prior to this role Liam was the regional CFO for the Americas region, based in New Jersey. From 1997 to 2003, Liam held senior finance positions at Mayne Group Limited in Melbourne in the Corporate Office, Asset Management, Group Finance, Healthcare, Diagnostics and Logistics. Liam commenced his career in Melbourne with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu.  
 
Liam leads a team in excess of 90 employees at Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific and is responsible for all aspects of accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis, payroll, procurement, internal audit and the consumer finance operations within the Asia Pacific region.  

Marion Smart
Senior Vice-President Property Development & Resort Operations
Joined March 2008

Marion Smart has been actively involved in the property and hospitality industries for more than twenty years and comes to Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific with substantial experience in hotel acquisitions and development, project management, marketing and operations. Her previous roles at Mirvac Hotels & Resorts, Hard Rock Hotels & Casinos and Accor Asia Pacific have provided her with significant exposure to hotels, resorts, golf courses, day spas and retail, residential and mixed-use developments in Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific Islands and Asia.

Marion will spearhead Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific's new acquisitions, refurbishment and resort operations, enhancing Owners' experiences through a focus on expanding Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific's network of sought-after destinations and continuous improvement of the Club’s resort product and service standards.

Marion is well qualified, holding an MBA from Macquarie University and a place on the Property Council of Australia's Tourism Committee.
